I rate it a 5 star due to the fact that the personnel treat you like real people and not some dummy that doesnt know which wasy is up. I have been to a few dealers and know how some work, but Suntrup VW gives you the benefit of the doubt…

The only thing negative I can say about this place is that they need more parking. The day I was there they were flooded with customers(maybe its their good reputation). Anyway, I got a fair deal and was given great service.
